Production Worker-2nd Shift

Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Production Workers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in the assembly and fabrication of products, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the production process. Ideal candidates will have experience in assembly line work and possess mechanical knowledge, along with the ability to operate various tools and equipment safely.

3 PM to 11 PM Monday through Friday. Must have your own reliable transportation, and have a High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products on the assembly line according to specifications and quality standards.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to fabricate components and complete assemblies.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as required for material handling.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify any maintenance needs.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures within the manufacturing facility.

Skills

• Experience working on an assembly line or in a factory setting is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues.
• Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and other manufacturing equipment.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations, including material handling and inventory management.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
