Location : Flint, MI 48503

Pay Rate : $18.00-$20.00 / hr based on skill level

Shift : 1st (5a-3 : 30p) & 2nd (3p-1 : 30a) Monday-Thursday, Fridays and Saturdays as needed, Temporary / Contract

Entech Staffing is seeking Installers for a Trucking company in Flint, MI. These are full-time, contract position with the potential to go direct based on performance, attitude, attendance, etc. The Installer will be required to install service bodies, platforms, dumps and van packages, hoists, electrical components and circuits, Sortimo units, ladder racks and other light mechanical assembly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• This person will need to read work instructions and installations directions, gather materials, properly build the equipment, and test its performance before delivering the unit to a final product audit.
• Ability to read schematics, diagrams, and blueprints.
• Meet production standards.
• Strong mechanical background.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Able to provide own tools.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Progressive assembly line capabilities.
• Work safely in a production environment wearing PPE when required.
• Regular and predictable attendance.
• Ability to interact with others.
