Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Loan Processor to join our Loan Servicing Administration team. The ideal candidate will possess recent, in-depth experience with AFS Level III or a comparable commercial loan accounting system. This role involves processing complex commercial loan transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and contributing to the efficient operation of our loan servicing department.
Responsibilities :
- Process bilateral payments, advances, maintenance, and other commercial loan accounting transactions with precision and efficiency.
- Utilize AFS Level III or a comparable commercial loan accounting system to manage and maintain loan data.
- Ensure all loan servicing activities comply with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform accounting functions related to commercial loan servicing.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in loan data and transactions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date loan records.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless loan servicing operations.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
