Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Forklift/Hi-Lo Operator to join our warehouse or production team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating powered industrial trucks (PIT), including sit-down and stand-up forklifts, to load, unload, move, and stage materials efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate Hi-Lo (forklift) equipment safely and efficiently
- Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers
- Move materials and products to designated areas in the facility
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and completed tasks
- Assist with general warehouse or production tasks when not operating machinery
- Follow all safety guidelines, procedures, and company policies
- Keep work area clean and organized
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to become certified
- 1 years of Hi-Lo or forklift operation experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in tight or high-traffic areas
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime or weekends as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
