Job Description

We're hiring detail-oriented Janitorial Associates to ensure cleanliness throughout our facility, inside and outside. Candidates must have at least one year of cleaning, housekeeping, or sanitation experience.

Hours:

• Two shifts available: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM (8-hour shifts)
• Must be fully available Monday through Saturday; regular days off will be finalized upon hiring
• Potential for overtime as needed

Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness inside the plant and on surrounding grounds, including parking lots
• Keep facility lint-free and clean to meet quality standards
• Empty waste receptacles and manage recycling
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Maintain an organized and safe work environment

Requirements:

• At least one year of cleaning, housekeeping, or sanitation experience required
• Ability to stand for up to 12 hours per day
• Capable of bending, twisting, and pulling consistently
• Excellent attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Flexibility to work any shift assigned between Monday and Saturday
• Cell phone use prohibited on the production floor (allowed during breaks only)
