We are looking for a detail-oriented and safety-conscious Processing Operator to join our production team. This role is responsible for operating and monitoring equipment used in the processing of raw materials or ingredients, ensuring product quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and monitor processing equipment according to specifications
- Follow batch records, processing instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Measure, weigh, and load raw materials into machinery
- Monitor product quality and equipment performance during production
- Record data such as production volume, temperature, and pressure readings
- Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance on processing equipment
- Identify and report any process deviations or equipment malfunctions
- Work closely with quality control, maintenance, and other team members
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or processing environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
- Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures, noise, and standing for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
- Ability to troubleshoot minor issues
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, overtime, or weekends as needed
