Job description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Follows all safety protocols for machine operation
- Scans/verifies LPN on products
- Operates various equipment during production cycles
- Clears machine jams and malfunctions
- Monitors initial machine operations
- Maintains work order and production reports
- Performs product rework during downtime
- Communicates with Process Leader
- Maintains cleanliness of work area and equipment
- Performs housekeeping duties
- Maintains reliable attendance
- Follows safety and security standards
- Performs other duties as assigned
HOURS:
- 5:45 AM - 6 PM
- 5:45 PM - 6 AM
Days
- 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on
QUALIFICATIONS
- Attendance: Works scheduled shifts punctually; available for overtime during busy periods
- Communication: Effective written/verbal skills; follows instructions
- Mathematics: Basic math with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
- Language: Identifies letters/numbers; reads/writes simple sentences
- Interpersonal: Works effectively with diverse teams; builds relationships with customers, coworkers, and management
- Productivity: Meets/exceeds guidelines; works independently
- Documentation: Completes and verifies paperwork accurately
- Work Habits: Organized, accountable, accurate, adaptable, autonomous
- Safety: Identifies and corrects unsafe conditions
REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or GED
- Six months warehouse experience
