- Direct the daily operational activities of the department, focusing on technical and non-technical operations.
- Effectively manage staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage and optimal use of overtime.
- Supervise, train, and mentor staff members to promote continuous growth and development.
- Ensure the laboratory provides market-leading service levels by meeting client needs and corporate performance metrics.
- Resolve client inquiries and operational issues in a timely manner through consultation with medical directors, technical directors, QA, managers, and discipline directors.
