Oak Grove Estate Planning is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estate Planning Paralegal to join our dedicated legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate planning document preparation and client communication, with experience using WealthCounsel software as a plus.
Key Responsibilities :
Prepare estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other related legal forms.
Assist attorneys in drafting and finalizing complex estate planning strategies.
Manage and organize client files and case documents.
Maintain ongoing client communication.
Ensure compliance with firm policies and legal standards.
Coordinate document signings and assist with notary services when needed.
Support attorneys with research, case preparation, and administrative tasks as assigned.
