Marine Product Support Representative

As a Marine Product Support Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth, efficient, and successful commissioning process for our customers' engine installations.

In this role, you will:

• Provide support to our customers throughout the engine commissioning process.
• Provide timely and accurate information to customers on coolant piping, exhaust sizing, wiring, and ancillary equipment during the commissioning phase.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise during commissioning.
• Conduct presentations about engine installation details to ensure customers understand proper procedures, routine maintenance, and proper engine operation to ensure long-term reliability.
• Act as liaison between the Sales, Service, and Parts departments to ensure coordination during the engine installation process.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Operations teams to ensure customers receive precise and timely information.
• Collect and provide feedback to internal teams on process improvements and product enhancements.
• Document Customer calls, meetings, and site visits using call reports in CRM.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay up to date on product knowledge and industry standards.
• May perform other duties as required by business needs.

Qualifications we are looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Maritime academy graduate or technical degree from a trade school preferred.
• 2 years of industrial, engine, or marine mechanical experience; including one year of sales and/or customer support experience.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.

What you can expect as a Marine Product Support Representative:

• This position operates in both an office and industrial environment.
• Regularly works around mechanical equipment and may be exposed to high noise levels at times.
• Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crawl and climb ladders.
• Required to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
• This position requires frequent travel to customers’ offices and/or shipyards.
