We're seeking a driven and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our team in Covington, LA - someone who's eager to make an impact by finding great people and helping build the future of our growing company.

In this role, you will:

• Design and execute creative, full cycle recruiting strategies to find the best talent.
• Collaborate with team leaders to understand role requirements and hiring goals.
• Manage job postings and candidate pipelines using our applicant tracking system.
• Build relationships with colleges, trade schools, and industry organizations to stay connected to fresh talent.
• Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews.
• Administer assessments and guide candidates through the recruitment process.
• Deliver timely, clear, and friendly communication to all applicants. 
• Extend job offers and manage pre-employment steps with professionalism.
• Represent our company at career fairs, industry events, and networking functions.
• Ensure all recruitment activities align with employment laws and company policies.
• Pitch in on other projects as needed. 

Qualifications we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in H, Business or a related field preferred. 
• 2 years of recruiting experience.
• High energy with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Strong customer service mentality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism. 
• Comfortable working individually as well as within a team. 

Work Schedule and Benefits:

• This position is expected to work eight-hour days, Monday - Friday and may include additional work on nights and weekends as needed to fulfill the job duties.
• Occasional travel to attend recruiting events and conferences to engage directly with potential candidates and develop industry relationships.
