Who We're Looking For :
The Human Resources Sr Manager is a key member of the Global HR team, providing strategic partnership to two Executive Team Members and operational HR support to their teams across Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, and Clinical Affairs.
About the Role :
- Develop and implement Human Capital strategies that support Laborie's growth and drive strong employee engagement.
- Partner with senior management to build workforce plans that align talent capabilities with organizational objectives.
- Provide oversight and strategic planning for recruitment, leveraging internal and external resources as needed.
- Collaborate with leadership to execute Total Rewards Strategies, including objectives and achievement metrics.
- Actively participate in or lead enterprise-wide strategic HR projects from start to finish.
