As a key member of the Operations team, the Lead Warehouse Associate will be performing the duties related to the shipping and receiving of products and inventory and manage the finished goods warehouse.

Who We’re Looking For
As a key member of the Operations team, the Lead Warehouse Associate will be performing the duties related to the shipping and receiving of products and inventory and manage the finished goods warehouse.
About The Role
- Process all shipments and receiving utilizing SAP system - receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of all items to customers, vendors, and internal distribution centers.
- Utilize standard shipping carriers and procedures to process shipments, including international orders, follow-up on lead times and acknowledgements.
- Review all documentation to ensure accuracy of each shipment and incoming purchase orders.
- Perform cycle count activities to ensure accuracy of inventory levels.
- Procure packaging materials and other supplies required for packing and shipping.
- 4 years of warehouse experience, preferably in medical device or regulated industry
- SAP and UPS/FedEx international shipping experience required
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy in task execution, ability to multitask, and work with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel
- Pallet jack/hand truck experience and/or certification
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and capable of walking or standing for long periods of time
