We are seeking a Live Operations Support Specialist to join our team and support our two-sided marketplace. As a critical member of the Operations team, you will play a key role in driving growth and achieving new milestones.
Role Overview
As a Live Operations Support Specialist at Laborjack, you will be the frontline support for our clients and workers. Your work will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining high satisfaction levels by managing communications, resolving issues, and coordinating effectively between customers and Laborjacks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via text, phone, and email
- Book and manage jobs from request to fulfillment, using our proprietary software
- Monitor ongoing projects to ensure timely completion and address any operational challenges
- Collect and analyze feedback from clients and workers to identify areas for improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in operations, business, finance, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2 years of experience in a customer-facing roles
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to dynamic situations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Google Docs and Google Sheets

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
