What are the responsibilities and job description for the Flagging Operations Associate position at LaborMAX?
LaborMAX seeks a couple of candidates to work as part of our team in Port Aransas. Successful applicants will need to be available for afternoon/evening shifts, typically between 1pm and 9:30pm.
Primary Duties:
- Stand for extended periods of time
- Effective communication in English is essential

- Guidance on directing traffic and pedestrian flow to designated loading and unloading zones
- Communication training via radio with ferry crews to coordinate loading sequences
