Customer Service Representative

This position will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing schedules, and responding to emails in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking calls from customers and directing them to the appropriate personnel or providing solutions to their issues.
  • Managing employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Sending emails and communicating with customers via various channels to resolve their concerns.

Requirements:

  • Reliable transportation to travel to work sites or meetings as needed.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Background in customer service or related field with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
