Job Description
As a hotel housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, common areas, and public spaces. Your duties will include:
- Stripping and properly remaking beds
- Cleaning restrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and bathtubs
- Completing stayover cleanings, which involve deep cleaning guest rooms and resetting them for new arrivals
- Ensuring proper staging on vacation rentals, including arranging furniture and decor to make the space inviting and welcoming
- Vacuuming, removing trash, performing some laundry, and resetting room amenities for guests
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a hotel housekeeper or in a similar role
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Background screen may be conducted
