Welding and fabrication experience not required.
Responsibilities:
- Work with your hands, operating machines and assembling parts.
- Cut and form metal stock to shape using CNC saws and other hand tools
- Fabricate and assembly metal stock using hand tools and spot welders (training provided.
- Use hand tools, micrometers, and tape measures to check part accuracy.
- Load, unload, and handle materials safely, lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Work as part of a team, following instructions to keep production running smoothly.
Qualifications:
- Manufacturing or hands-on work experience
- Good attitude and reliability—show up on time, ready to work.
- Willingness to learn—we’ll teach you how to use machines and tools.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic math and measurement skills—ability to read a ruler or tape measure.
- Reliable transportation—must be able to get to work on time, every day.

Schedule:
- Training: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (First Shift).
- Regular Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
- Some Saturday shifts may be required.
