We are seeking an Intake Manager to join our team at LaBovick Law Group. This role is important in managing client intake processes and ensuring a seamless experience for individuals seeking legal assistance. The Intake Manager will play an important role in supporting our mission to provide outstanding legal services.
Responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the daily operations of the Intake Team
- Coach and train team members to meet and exceed KPIs and conversion goals
- Manage inbound and outbound lead calls for legal services including: Personal Injury, Workers' Compensation, Social Security Disability
- Track lead statuses and ensure timely, accurate documentation in our case management system
- Collaborate with leadership to improve intake strategies, systems, and client experience
Requirements
- Experience managing a call center, intake, or client service team (legal or medical field preferred)
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with CRM or legal case management systems (Litify experience is a plus)
- Goal-oriented with a strong focus on results and client satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with documentation review processes is highly desirable.
