What You’ll Do :

As a Marketing Assistant , you’ll be at the heart of our marketing efforts, focusing on event marketing while supporting digital campaigns, content creation, and other initiatives.

Event Marketing :

Plan, coordinate, and execute firm-sponsored events, including client events, webinars, and trade shows.

Manage event logistics : venues, vendors, promotional materials, invitations, registrations, and follow-up communication.

Track and report on event performance, including attendance, leads, and return on investment.

Build relationships with vendors, referral partners, and community organizations for sponsorship opportunities.

Content & Digital Marketing :

Create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and event promotions.

Collaborate with the design team to ensure graphics align with branding.

Support Google Ads and social media initiatives by implementing, monitoring, and reporting on campaigns.

Optimize content to increase engagement and lead generation across all platforms.

General Marketing Support :

Coordinate promotional material orders, including branded swag and event signage.

Manage the firm’s marketing calendar, ensuring deadlines are met.

Conduct weekly checks on all marketing platforms to ensure functionality.

Relationship Building :

Serve as a liaison with vendors and community partners.

Help nurture relationships with doctors, attorneys, local businesses, and nonprofit organizations through events and communication.
