JOB DESCRIPTION-Lab Technician (4713)
Job Description: Our Client in Deer Park is looking for entry-level Laboratory Technician
Job Responsibilities: Mix standard solutions and batches, and perform basic testing, including but not limited to: wet chemistry, TOC/TOD, and inorganic carbons.
Skills:Wet Chemistry Testing
Must be able to lift 50 lb bags
Experience:
Entry-Level; will accept fresh grads; if no degree, minimum 1 yr. environmental or industrial lab experience
Education Requirement: Minimum High School Diploma or GED, with a 2-4 year Science Degree preferred, but not required
Work Schedule: M-F, 6am - 3pm with potential overtime after initial training
Type of Assignment: 6 month temp to hire
Salary: $16/hr to start (eligible for raise if hired on with company after 6 months contract term)
