MDM Architect

Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Informatica Master Data Management (MDM) Architect to join their Data Management and Integration team. This role involves designing and implementing MDM solutions using Informatica MDM, Azure Data Lakes, and Veeva CRM. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth data migration and support existing production processes. Responsibilities include managing technical aspects of the Informatica MDM suite and overseeing integrations with Informatica PowerCenter, Azure Cloud, and Veeva CRM. Responsibilities

• MDM Strategy & Governance: Develop MDM architecture, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Establish data governance policies to maintain data integrity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define master data models and stewardship.
• Design and implement MDM solutions (on-premise or cloud).
• Define data models to support business needs.
• Ensure integration with ERP, CRM, data lakes, and analytics platforms.
• Recommend MDM tools and technologies.
• Establish data quality frameworks, including profiling and cleansing.
• Implement data validation rules and survivorship strategies.
• Define workflows for data mastering and enrichment.
• Optimize MDM system performance and scalability.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies.
• Design role-based access control to protect sensitive data.
• Lead MDM implementation projects.
• Train data stewards on MDM best practices.
• Support MDM strategy evolution.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience with Informatica MDM, including hands-on development and system management.
• Informatica MDM Hub Developer Expert certification preferred.
• Experience integrating Informatica MDM with downstream systems.
• Informatica PowerCenter 10.5, IDMC desired.
• Experience with CRM platforms (Veeva/IQVIA) nice to have.
• SAP S/4 HANA integration experience preferred.
• Ability to manage repositories, users, and security.
• Experience with MS SQL and Informatica PowerCenter.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science or Information Systems.
