Responsibilities
- Lead the platform modernization efforts, ensuring that updates meet both customer feedback and internal requirements.
- Coordinate and manage the execution of the project, overseeing day-to-day activities and reporting.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including IT teams, insurance companies, state fraud bureaus, and government agencies.
- Manage system integrations with other IT platforms, including and other organization/non-organization owned systems.
- Ensure that updates to the system are performed efficiently and align with both short-term needs and long-term strategic goals.
- Support the process by ensuring a balance between technical requirements and business objectives.
- Document and implement best practices, ensuring that the team adheres to industry standards and efficient processes.
- Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, facilitating collaboration and ensuring project goals are met.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the insurance industry, specifically with insurance claims systems.
- Business Analyst experience
- Familiarity with ISO standards and regulations related to insurance claims.
- Strong understanding of process discipline and the ability to lead and implement best practices across teams.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential data with discretion and responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with project management tools and techniques, including Agile and Jira.
