Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain roadmaps for corporate IT solutions, ensuring that Finance, Legal, Human Resources, Internal Audit, and Corporate Communications needs are met.
- Oversee the coordination of IT General Controls for SOX compliance, ensuring that evaluations are completed on time and to the required standard.
- Evaluate and recommend technological solutions aimed at improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and increasing productivity.
- Lead the implementation and support of key corporate technologies, ensuring smooth integration and continuous improvement.
- Lead the entire lifecycle of IT projects, from planning and implementation to evaluation, ensuring that objectives are met within the established timeframes.
- Manage, mentor, and develop the IT team, providing guidance, training, and career growth opportunities.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and guide for other technology and project teams, ensuring the use of current technical solutions and practices.
- Oversee the RFP process, vendor evaluations, and contract negotiations, ensuring vendor solutions meet organizational needs.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear and professional communication and collaboration.
- Administer IT budgets, plan for future resource requirements, and ensure cost-effective use of technology.
- Monitor vendor performance, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and addressing any performance issues as needed.
- Ensure external partnerships provide the expected value through effective engagement with advisory services.
- Strong background in Enterprise Performance Management, Business Intelligence, Finance (such as GL, AR/AP, Group Reporting), Human Capital Management, ECC systems.
- Demonstrated knowledge of IT General Controls (ITGC) and experience managing and ensuring compliance with SOX requirements.
- Proven leadership experience with a focus on developing teams, fostering talent, and driving professional growth.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and manage diverse stakeholders.
- An innovative and resourceful problem-solver, able to challenge the status quo and propose forward-thinking IT solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience working collaboratively across multiple teams in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with SAP S4Hana 2022 (or later), Computer System Validation, and IT Change Controls is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with 7 years of progressively responsible experience in IT roles, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
