Location: Tampa, FL (Statewide Travel Required)

LabX Diagnostic Systems is seeking a dynamic, adaptable, and fearless Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team in Florida. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on new challenges, can quickly adapt to different situations, and has the confidence to walk through closed doors—literally.

Who We’re Looking For:

• No prior sales experience required, but a natural ability to connect with people is a must.
• A chameleon—someone who can adjust their approach on the fly and follow directions precisely.
• Not afraid of rejection; persistence and resilience are key.
• Highly organized and professional in both appearance and verbal communication.
• Self-starter with the ability to brainstorm and pivot strategies as needed.
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel throughout Florida.
• Clean background and no disciplinary actions or reports in the Medicare or insurance industry.

What You’ll Do:

• Work closely with our VP of Sales for two weeks of intensive training in Tennessee.
• Take ownership of Florida as your initial sales territory.
• Build relationships and introduce our services to prospective clients.
• Adapt quickly to new strategies and market conditions.
• Maintain detailed records and manage leads effectively.
