Job Description:
As a pivotal piece of our sales process, this role will support several of our licensed sports vendors’ online sales across multiple eCommerce platforms. You will create, maintain, and ensure product listing accuracy, maximize search engine effectiveness, and coordinate various digital activities that drive traffic and improve customer experience. Our ideal candidate has experience supporting an ecommerce sales cycle. You should be organized with a high attention to detail. You need to be able to analyze data and make informed decisions and recommend improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
· Product Listings: Manage, update, and optimize product listings.
· Content Creation: Coordinate with teams to produce, edit, and publish product content, ensuring it's compelling and accurate.
· Inventory Management: Monitor and report on inventory levels; ensure stock accuracy on all platforms.
· Marketing Support: Assist with email campaigns, social media posts, and promotions to boost engagement and conversions.
· Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report key metrics to improve sales and site performance.
· Customer Service: Manage inquiries related to online orders, returns, or product details.
· Platform Management: Work with eCommerce various platforms such as Amazon, Kohls, Target, Walmart, HSN, QVC, Chewy, Faire, and others to ensure seamless operation and improve site functionality.
Requirements and Qualifications
· Education: High school diploma required
· Experience: Prior ecommerce experience and familiarity with platforms is strongly preferred
· Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel is required. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, OneDrive, Dropbox and Google Drive is preferred.
· Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, make informed decisions, and recommend improvements.
· Advertising: Understanding of digital advertising, PPC campaigns, or affiliate marketing is preferred.
· Project Management: Strong organizational skills, able to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
· Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure accuracy in product information and content.
· Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication is required.

Work Schedule: Full Time; Monday – Friday; 8:00AM – 5:00PM
Work location: Hybrid Position – Must be available to be in office 4 days a week.
Office located in Warrensville Heights, OH.
