SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support the Marketing Manager in executing marketing strategies and campaigns. The Marketing Assistant will play a key role in assisting with day-to-day marketing operations, content creation, and maintaining the brand’s public image. This is an entry-level position, ideal for someone looking to start their career in marketing and communications.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Marketing Support:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans and strategies in line with company objectives.
- Support the creation of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
- Help track and report on the performance of marketing initiatives.
Content Creation and Management:
- Aid in the development of content for social media, websites, and marketing materials.
- Work with internal teams to help produce highquality, engaging content.
- Assist in managing and updating the company website and social media accounts.
Brand Management:
- Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.
- Maintain and organize marketing materials and ensure brand guidelines are followed.
Public Relations Support:
- Assist in the creation of press releases, media outreach, and other public relations activities.
- Help manage communication with media outlets and influencers.
- Support the organization of public events and press conferences.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Help gather data and insights from marketing campaigns and assist in the preparation of reports.
- Support the use of analytics tools to track the effectiveness of marketing and PR efforts.
Event Support:
- Provide assistance in organizing and executing internal and external marketingrelated events.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer are expected.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
- 1Yr. of administrative office experience, preferably in a marketing role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Suite and Canva.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate’s degree in marketing, communications or related field is preferred.
- 2Yrs of administrative experience in marketing, communications or a related field.
- Experience considered in lieu of education.
