Summary/Objective: We are seeking an experienced Line Operator-Analog for overseeing the efficient operation of armature assembly lines within a manufacturing setting. The area of responsibility for this role is pivotal in ensuring that all armature components are assembled correctly, meeting both quality and production standards.
Essential Functions: Specific duties include, but are not limited, to the following:
- Equipment Operation - Operate and manage analog line equipment according to production schedules and specifications. Monitor the equipment and process to ensure optimal performance and output quality. Adjust machine settings to meet product specifications and production goals.
- Quality Control - Perform regular inspections and tests on analog products to ensure they meet required standards. Identify and troubleshoot product defects or discrepancies. Maintain accurate records of quality control measures and outcomes.
- Maintenance - Conduct routine maintenance on analog line equipment to ensure continuous operation.
- Identify and report the need for major repairs to maintenance teams. Keep a clean and organized work area to prevent machine interference and malfunctions.
- Safety and Compliance - Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a safe working environment. Use personal protective equipment as required. Participate in safety training and stay updated on new safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration - Collaborate with other line operators and production staff to ensure efficient workflow and meet production deadlines. Assist in training new employees on the operation of analog line equipment. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production issues and improvements.

Required Education and Experience:

Supervisory Responsibility: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment: This position requires working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role involves significant physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting. Must attend all mandatory meetings and participate in training.
Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and listen. Standing, sitting, walking, bending, working with machinery, and being able to lift 50 pounds safely is required.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a Full-Time position with 40 hours per week expected. Must attend all mandatory meetings and participate in training.
