Job Summary :
Under the Supervision of the District Manager hired in specific location. Primary responsibilities are to provide exemplary customer service to patrons of parlors. Duties and accountability include but are not limited to gaming tracking and payouts, register accountability, general cleaning, and upkeep of gaming equipment. The Attendant must have good attendance habits.
Must always adhere to dress code.
Must contact Lucky Lincoln when gaming equipment breakdown arises while on duty.Must report all Parlor issues of concern directly to the Lead Attendant or District Manager timely.Must count drawer and verify funds before starting and ending the shift.Must verify and sign shift checklist on daily assigned shifts with dates and times.Must place voucher numbers on tracking log.Must read and adhere to all policies and procedures.Must carry out accurate redemptions.Must ring all transactions through POS system.Discounts for alcohol must be in keeping with proper days of discount.AttendanceFollowing company attendance policy
Following company policy for absencesMust check and follow your assigned schedule.Must be able to cover shifts when short-staffed or unscheduled call-offs.Must be flexible with time as assigned.Understanding that you must wait for the next shift person to relieve you (Parlor cannot be left unattended)Customer ServiceAttending to customers' needs for snacks and drinks.

Rotation of stock to ensure that products are used prior to expiration dates.Put away stock as it is delivered.Restocking inventory at the Attendant Desk for customer useTrainingMust obtain Food Handler and Bassett Certification - 30 Days from hire date
Customer Service - As required.Physical RequirementsAge Requirement - 21 years of age
