The Brand Manager is responsible for the development and growth of the brand through effective, efficient and breakthrough marketing and innovation strategies. The Brand Manager works cross-functionally with both internal and external partners and will often lead through influence and impact. The Brand Manager helps drive sustainable growth of the brand by building marketing plans, creative executions, sell-in materials and consumer activations to win the hearts and minds of consumers, retailers and distributors.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years of experience in a results-oriented consumer product marketing role at a marketing driven firm
- Project planning and management, budgeting and financial analysis, and product positioning
- Experience in developing consumer marketing communications
Skills:
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to project completion
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data, add value and provide action-oriented recommendations in-line with business objectives
- Demonstrated ability to gather consumer insights through quantitative and qualitative market research and translate into creative marketing initiatives
- Must have proven inter-personal and communication skills
- Must be highly organized, flexible, self-motivated and able to succeed in a dynamic fast-paced environment
