The Senior Brand and Product Manager will be a key driver of our brand's future, spearheading innovative brand and product marketing initiatives. This role demands a deep understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior to craft compelling brand and product strategies that foster long-term growth. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams in executing strategies that align with business objectives, identify new market opportunities, and enhance brand equity. Ultimately, this role is responsible for ensuring our brand, products, and marketing efforts resonate with our target audience and drive enrollments.
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
- At least 7 years of marketing experience in a corporate marketing or advertising agency environment.
- Super strong GTM, Product Marketing expert.
- Focus on product management that demonstrates oversight of a "house of products"
- Strong experience in consumer advertising that is largely digital based (vs in store)
- Understands digital channel tactics
- Digital channels, TV, Search, Paid Social
- Analytically driven.
- Data storyteller.
- Strategic marketer with a blend of direct marketing and brand marketing experience.
- Excellent project management - heavily matrixed teams (relationships are important)
