The Role:
The Senior Marketing Manager will develop consumer-focused brand strategies and execute tactics to increase sales and profits while building the long-term health of the Charms portfolio. The Senior Marketing Manager role is a general management role that is responsible for all aspects of the brands’ P&L for the Charms portfolio of iconic candy brands.
We are looking for a leader who has deep CPG brand management experience, who can manage multiple projects at once across their brand portfolio. Having strong analytical skills with a demonstrated aptitude to turn data into actionable insights will be key in this position. The Senior Marketing Manager must also have a strong background in building brand strategies including executing foundational brand research, developing brand positioning statements and creating consumer target and consumer personas for their brand portfolio.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required. MBA desirable.
- Experience in brand marketing with a consumer product manufacturer, some confectionary experience
- Deep experience using Nielsen or Circana syndicated data
