Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces and apply paint, coatings, or finishes.
- Perform general repairs (drywall, carpentry, minor plumbing/electrical).
- Assemble, install, and dismantle scaffolding safely.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintain inventory of supplies.
- Follow safety protocols and respond to maintenance requests promptly.
Qualifications:
- Experience in painting, maintenance, and scaffolding setup.
