This position's hours are Monday-Thursday 4:30am-3:00pm with overtime as necessary, includes competitive pay starting at $26.00/hour, full benefits, and monthly bonus opportunities!
Reports to: Chevre Packaging Supervisor
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Manage Line staffing on a day to day basis
- Cover for breaks daily or in the event of scheduled VIP
- Manage material needs for their line (corrugate, film, case labels, tape, etc.)
- Operation – Set Up, Troubleshoot, basic maintenance and PM, Maintenance scheduling
- Schedule Adherence and Metric attainment
- Training – assist in creation, training of new hires, retrain current team members
- Self – Motivated and able to work on their own
- Follows all policies and procedures LaClare Creamery has implemented in regards to food and personal safety to assist in maintaining a safe work environment and safe, quality products at all times.

- Lift - be able to lift 50 lbs continuously, stand for 8 hours/day and occasionally twist, bend, climb, grasp and other repetitive movements
- Flexible to various creamery environments including unloading, making, painting, packaging, aging and shipping
- Training Requirements – Annually complete all trainings within LaClare Creamery Training Matrix
