Description
- Provide administrative support to the service team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Process service orders, track repairs, and maintain customer records
- Communicate with customer regarding service, updates, quotes and invoices
- Coordinate scheduling for technicians and manage service priorities
- Assist with documentation, reports, and data entry
- Oversee our rental leak detector process
- Coordinate all internal process and liaison teamwork flow prioritization
- Receive customer complaints and warranty claims for services
- Work closely with our vendors and coordinate with them on repairs and warranty claims
- Communicate via phone and email to meet customer service and support needs
- Work closely with our technical staff to enable top-notch customer support
- Voice of Customer Champion
Skills Required
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in a technical or service-related field
- Strong organizational skills with attention to details
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience working with ERP systems or service management software a plus
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to prioritize workload and ability to shift to the needs of the department.
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to be the champion for our customers. Ensuring that they have a great experience.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma
- Post-high school education is not required but preferred
- 2-3 years of experience
- Experience working in sales or customer service a plus
Job Details
- Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour depending on experience.
- Shift: Monday through Friday regular business hours with some flexibility in your start and stop times. As well as the ability to participate in our 9/80 work schedule which gives you every other Friday off.
