About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Mountain Ridge Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for evaluating patients/residents, collecting data, observing conditions, and reporting changes in condition under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN). You will also contribute to nursing assessments and care planning, administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders, and supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
