- Your responsibilities in this role Work closely with other functional teams to ensure data quality and accuracy
- Review, evaluate, and process bills or invoices for services rendered
- Evaluate billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness, obtain missing or correct data when necessary
- Billing experience desired
- Knowledge of Purchase Orders
- Familiarity with Invoice Processing
- Sufficient knowledge in spreadsheets and internet applications
- Data entry, document management, file creation and previous records experience Preferred
- Organized
- A desire to further their career in accounting
- QuickBooks experience
- Work in fast paced office that expects high volume
- Team player that works well with others
- Well written and spoken, and able to handle conversations professionally with our clients and vendors
- Positive attitude
- Knowledgeable to how they learn effectively and able to flex learning style to better digest new information
