Assistant Manager

Job Schedule:
Full Time: Sunday-Thursday, 40hrs/week
- 3rd Shift: 10PM-6:30AM
Pay Rate: Paid weekly (every Friday)
- $18.50/hr
Job duties:
Responsible for overseeing, monitoring, and supervising the cleaning and supervisory cleaning staff. Supervise and manage staff, ensuring tasks are completed on time and per customer specifications.

- Completion of daily audits
- Ensure staff's task completion is based on the customer's scope of work
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards.
- Collaborate with team leaders to identify and resolve operational challenges, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
- Report shift activities, staffing issues, and task progress to senior management.
Requirements:
- Pass background checks and drug screening
- Must have several years of supervisory experience
- Wear LACOSTA Shirt, steel toe and slip resistant shoes, gloves during entire shifts
- Remove all jewelry and accessories
