Cleaner (Floater)

COME JOIN THE LACOSTA TEAM!

LACOSTA is looking for a General Cleaner floater to join our team in Neenah!

This site is conveniently accessible via local bus routes.

  • We conduct a background check and drug testing

Job Schedule :   Monday-Friday, any time between 8AM-8PM.

  • This is a floater position. Hours will vary depending on the needs of each day.

    • Please expect at least 20 hrs / week.

    Pay Rate :

    15.50 / hr, paid weekly

    Job duties :

    Responsible for : Restrooms, offices, break rooms, stairwells, manufacturing floor, lobby, supply closets.

  • Routine building cleaning
  • Restroom cleaning
  • Window cleaning
  • Trash and recycling removal / policing ground for litter
  • Sanitizing surfaces
  • Floor Care
  • Sweeping
  • Mopping
  • Vacuuming / Dusting
  • Stocking supply rooms

    • Requirements :

  • MUST BE COMFORTABLE WITH AN IRREGULAR SCHEDULE
  • Pass background checks and drug screening
  • Physical requirements : walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting 40lbs independently.
  • Wear LACOSTA Shirt, safety glasses, steel-toed boots / shoes, safety vest and long pants.
  • Remove all jewelry and accessories
