Floor Technician

Job Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40hrs/week (Full Time)
- 1st Shift: 8AM-4:30PM
Pay Rate:
- $17/hr, paid weekly
Job Duties:
Maintaining an outstanding appearance to all floors (hard wood and carpet) throughout the facility.

Floor Care
- Stripping
- Buffing
- Waxing
- Sweeping/Mopping
- Vacuuming
- Carpet spot removal
- Use of machines and hand tools
MUST be able to identify floor care machines and have experience using them.

Requirements:
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Comply with all safety rules, policies, and procedures.
- Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment, as well as safe use of cleaning chemicals.
- Must be comfortable wearing PPE: LACOSTA shirt, steel-toed boots/shoes, safety glasses, ear plugs, safety vest, and long pants.
- Must remove all jewelry and accessories
