Pay Rate: $18.00/hr. (Paid weekly on Friday)
Hours: M-F (6:30AM-3:00PM) - Steady schedule (with occasional Saturdays)
Job Description:
This is a great opportunity to show off your management skills and grow with a great company. You should have great attention to detail to maintain accurate records. Physical strength is required since you may often need to lift products by hand. If you have past management, and production experience, we’d like to meet you.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage employees alongside the site operations manager
- Work with and lead employees in production
- Assist with timekeeping
- Able to supervise a team of at least 5
- Previous management experience preferred, but not required
- Proven experience with managing employees
- Strong communication skills
- Dexterity and attention to detail
- Organizational skills
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job
- Availability to occasionally work occasional Saturdays
Merchandising:
- Collect merchandise from distribution and safely transporting to shipping bay.
- Document receiving for deliveries and returns.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of all incoming and outgoing merchandise.
- Feed merchandise parts onto assembly lines.
Quality:
- Identifying any missing, lost or damaged materials and immediately notify the site manager.
- Securely package merchandise and label accurately for shipping.
- Managing all merchandise with appropriate care.
- Sorting, inspecting, and packing parts quickly and efficiently for quality assurance
- Light janitorial duties include scrubbing and cleaning of work areas
Requirements:
- Supervisor experience (Minimum 6 months)
- Bilingual (Preferred)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Physical requirements: walking, standing, reaching, stooping, bending, and lifting 40lbs independently.
- Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
- Wear safety glasses, hard hat, Hi-vis safety vest, steel-toed or composite toed shoes, long, work pants or jeans while working
- Remove all jewelry and accessories
