Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Omnichannel Coordinator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for optimizing the integration of all customer touchpoints across various channels, ensuring a seamless and consistent customer experience. The Omnichannel Coordinator will report to the Omnichannel Operations/Project Manager to support all initiatives and ongoing projects. Including cross functional partnering with Marketing, IT and Retail to execute all digital strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Channel Integration: Work with internal teams to create a seamless, consistent, and personalized experience across all touchpoints (e.g., online, in-store, mobile, customer service, social media).
- Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement in omnichannel performance. Use data to drive decisions and optimize customer journeys.
- Customer Experience Optimization: Partner with Customer Service Coordinator to track all issues, bugs, and tickets to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience, from digital platforms to in-person interactions, aligning brand messaging and offerings.
- Technology Support: Collaborate with IT and digital teams to ensure the smooth functionality of omnichannel technologies and platforms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with marketing, customer service, IT, retail and operations teams to align strategies, solve issues, and drive efficiency across all channels.
- Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback across channels and collaborate with teams to enhance the customer experience.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in digital, e-commerce, or retail operations, preferably with experience in omnichannel or with omnichannel technologies, customer journey mapping, and integrating digital and physical experiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, CRM tools (Salesforce), and marketing automation systems. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with analytics/IT tools (Google Analytics, JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and interpret data, with a focus on KPIs, and drive actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across different teams.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and creatively to resolve issues and streamline operations.
