Essential Job Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
- Assist wholesale clients with inquiries and provide product information.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify potential leads.
Order Management:
- Process and track wholesale orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to fulfill orders.
Sales/Market Support:
- Prepare sales support tools/presentations both in season and during market.
- Assist in maintaining and updating the customer database and sales records.
Administrative Tasks:
- Handle invoicing and payment processing.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in wholesale.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer skills required – MS Word, Excel; Access Orli and Salesforce experience a plus
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
