Position Overview:
A Warehouse I is responsible for picking cases of yogurt based on customer order using a pallet jack or forklift. They will build pallets according to specifications, wrap and stage the pallets in the designated areas, including pull pallets from tunnels. A Warehouse I will use the forklift on the bottom and 1st level of the Warehouse racks only.

Key Accountabilities:
- Responsible for all aspects of food safety and quality, as applicable and defined in plant and department procedures.
- Accurately pick SKU, quantity of product and best-buy-date (BBD) with handheld scanner.
- Safety and accurately operate pallet jack and fork-lift.
- Accurately assemble, band, wrap and stack product according to Customer specifications.
- Print pallet labels with label printer and adhere to pallet on the top right hand corner.
- Bring finished pallet to assigned location in the Warehouse using an electric pallet jack or reach lift.
- Maintain a clean working area.
- Participate with inventory counts of pick-bays.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Good verbal, math, written and communication skills.
- Well organized and detail oriented.
- Requires the ability to flex schedule as needed to meet business demands.
- Prior experience operating an electric pallet jack and fork-lift preferred.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines within specified time constraints.
- Ability to operate in a team environment.
- Ability to work in a cold environment.
