From your PASSION to ours

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the position’s responsibility is to operate and troubleshoot the Feta Filler Equipment.

From your EXPERTISE to ours

Key responsibilities for this position include:

• Fully learn and understand Feta filling process and be able to troubleshoot equipment.
• Must be able to demonstrate flexibility to work in all aspects of daily master sanitation of work area and completion of all other duties as required.
• Provide coverage so that team members can attend meetings, cross-train, and or work on projects.
• Perform daily CIP as needed.
• Able to run Alfast system, calibrate and use pH meter as needed.
• Maintain and update recording charts records and pasteurization process including licenses as needed.
• Understand information from SAP and catalyst systems.
• Assist with period cleaning, downtime, TPM, and other production needs including emergency situations.
• Follow all Safety procedures and guidelines. Communicate and pass down business information.
• Follow ILC process to complete training requirements.
• Complete failure analysis including root cause and corrective action.
• Actively identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with equipment troubleshooting and support maintenance when needed.
• Perform other assignments as needed by team Coordinator and Supervisor.
• Safely perform LOTO.
• Commitment to housekeeping in both workspace area and FETA department.
• At times will be asked to oversee the molding or draining process.
• Enter data into Excel and fully understand both ingredients and the process being logged.
• Regular Attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Accountable for the QRMP (Quality Risk Management Process) standards as outlined in the plant’s QRMP accountability document, including the implementation, improvement and ongoing maintenance.
• Comply with all policies and procedures as related to our LHD Daily Management Systems.

Salary : $25 - $29
