JOB TITLE: Finished Goods Receiver

REPORTING TO: Logistic Supervisor 

LOCATION: Tulare, CA

Shift:  4:00PM – 2:30AM (Nightshift M-TH)

Reporting to the Materials Supervisor this position’s main responsibility is to receive finished goods into the system. In addition they will operate and maintain palletizers, wrappers and other equipment in the area.

From your EXPERTISE to ours

The required skills below are not limited to the following:

· Must be able to demonstrate flexibility to work in all aspects of finished goods inventory control, Matrics product scanning, proper departmental paperwork flow, CHEP Pallet management.

· Must monitor and operate the pallet dispenser, palletizers, labeler and wrapper.

· Scan pallet tickets into Matrics RF system and locate product into specified areas utilizing Matrics.

· Must keep an accurate count of pallet tickets on tally sheets for every line and reconcile pallet tickets on every UPC upon completion.

· Perform daily sanitation of work area and completion of all other duties as required.

· Provide coverage so that team members can attend meetings, cross-train, and or work on projects.

· Learn multiple jobs as determined by team needs.

· Assist with period cleaning, downtime, TPM, and other production needs including emergency situations.

· Follow all Safety procedures and guidelines.

· Communicate and pass down business information.

· Follow TAP process to complete training requirements.

· Complete failure analysis including root cause and corrective action.

· Actively identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

· Assist with equipment troubleshooting and support maintenance when needed.

· Perform other assignments as needed by team or Steering team.

· Regular attendance is an essential function of the job.
