From your PASSION to ours
The Maintenance Apprentice is an entry-level maintenance position in which you receive comprehensive training and experience in inspecting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of equipment. Under the guidance of experienced technicians, the apprentice will learn how to perform the day-to-day activities and responsibilities of our maintenance technicians.
From your EXPERTISE to ours
Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance tasks as scheduled
- Basic knowledge of tools, machinery, and electrical systems (
- Basic knowledge of tools, machinery, required; knowledge of electrical systems preferred
- Assist in diagnosing mechanical issues and performing necessary repairs
- Assist with troubleshooting mechanical devices such as centrifugal and positive displacement pumps, roller conveyors, belt conveyors, palletizers, sanitary and non-sanitary valves, fillers, check weighers, metal detectors, gearboxes, bearings, seals and etc
- Gain an understanding of positive displacement pumps & centrifugal pumps
- Assist in troubleshooting various pump systems
- Gain an understanding of SAP and how to look up parts in the system
- Assist in the installation and set-up of new machinery or equipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with company and safety standards
- Support the documentation of maintenance activities, including logging repairs, adjustments, and spare part usage
- Follow all company policies, including food safety, health, and environmental regulations
Requirements

Qualified applicants will contribute the following:
- High school diploma or equivalent; enrollment in or completion of a relevant technical program is a plus
- Strong interest in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance
- Basic knowledge of tools, machinery, and electrical systems (training will be provided)
- Experience with computer skills such as: SAP, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a past-pasted environment
- Ability to work well in a team and take direction from senior technicians
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills in a hands-on environment
