Job Description
The Plant Engineering Manager will lead capital projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives at our facility. This role requires strong project management skills, experience in industrial engineering within the food or dairy industry, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects and capital expenditure
- Technical expertise in industrial maintenance specialist areas, management control, quality, health and safety, environment
- Experience in process industry maintenance, line management, budget management, CMMS, office systems, organizing, planning, control, anticipating
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field preferred)
- 5 to 10 years in industrial maintenance, including some managerial responsibility
- Food manufacturing experience is required; dairy experience is preferred
