Key Responsibilities
The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for owning maintenance programs such as Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Continuous Improvement, Predictive Maintenance, Equipment Overhauls, and Equipment Upgrades. This includes supervision, development, training program, and certification needs for the site maintenance team, and the provision of any technical services needed to support.
Some key responsibilities include:
- Providing coaching to areas on equipment reliability
- Prioritizing work as it pertains to food safety and human safety
- Supporting Maintenance Leads to prioritize work for execution
- Managing cash flow per budget (MRO and labor), proposing capital projects where appropriate
Additionally, the supervisor will pursue new technologies to improve operations on the processing lines, packaging lines, and utilities equipment.
