Responsibilities
The Compliance Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all Federal, State, and other regulatory requirements. This includes:
- Managing the HACCP system and Pre-Requisite Program
- Monitoring and reporting indicators linked to compliance
- Assisting with the creation of training related to the HACCP system
- Delivering training to all site employees
- Coordinating the activities of the Food Safety Team
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food safety and quality management, with experience in dairy production and/or food industry. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, along with 5 years of experience in a supervisory or lead role.
